Bytecraft's BSuite™ is a proprietary, established and proven world class Service Management System that logs and processes all service based activities.
Developed specifically for the support of field maintenance technicians, logistics management and back end repair services, BSuite™ features a high reliability redundant computer system with custom call and parts management software developed in-house for Bytecraft, by Bytecraft.

BCall™ is the Call Management module of BSuite™, which interfaces to a number of additional modular elements including BTrack™ for Parts management. BView™ provides comprehensive performance level statistics with a real time web based interface for full customer transparency.
Reporting and Statistics
The BSuite™ system generates daily standard suites of reporting, incorporating service activity time stamping, workshop repair times and on site and repair/fix history both internally and when utilising external suppliers.
These statistics are used not only to evaluate the SLA but also to measure fault rectification times, flag recurring faults and to assist with the Problem Management process.
This service management system is the heart and soul of Bytecraft's direct control of service delivery quality. All technical staff involved in the provision of Bytecraft delivered services, whether they are Bytecraft or subcontractor employees are required to utilise the BSuite™ system via hand held bar code enabled online PDA devices.
