Bytecrafts Staging and Distribution Team utilises a structured, run line approach to delivering high volume staging and configuration services for its clients.
Utilising the BSuite™ application suite, the Staging Management Team track version and configuration for each unit to be staged, down to site and (in some cases) on-site location level, to cater for an expedited, high-quality and controlled staging process.
Once the configuration and staging process is complete, an Independent Bytecraft Representative performs a managed Quality Control check process, to ensure that the highest level of quality service is achieved at all times.
The Staging and Distribution Team interact directly with Bytecraft's Logistics Management Team to ensure staged equipment is always appropriately packaged and dispatched on-time, allowing our Field Deployment resources to deliver onsite Installation within required timeframes.
Bytecraft's clients have previously used their Staging & Distribution services to deploy more than 500 kiosks to a key banking client, over 1500 terminals to a retail ticket-based environment and the ongoing staging and deployment of new Branch Networks for two key banking clients.
