Bytecraft's in-house Deployment Team assists its clients by delivering cost effective, strategically planned high-quality hardware deployment services through a structured and process driven methodology.
By working directly with its clients, the Bytecraft Deployment Team develops a project rollout plan based on the client's specific requirements; taking into account any key peak periods, or blackout times, as well as its client’s priorities and key project success criteria.
Through a set of customised project milestones, and utilising the BSuite™ application suite, the Bytecraft Deployment Team ensures project status is monitored and updated as each step of the deployment plan is initiated, allowing its clients full, clear and quick visibility as to the status of any scheduled deployment.
Structured sign off and completion documents ensure a quality controlled process, capturing customer sign-off and acceptance electronically, at the point of deployment completion, allowing Bytecraft to provide concise reporting on customer acceptance and feedback.
On a technical front, Bytecraft will generally receive all of its vital components in their raw state. These components are then forged into Bytecraft's unique technical hardware solutions. The hardware is then allocated a BSuite™ registered serial number and asset tagged with Bytecraft's own proprietary BTrack™ parts management system.
Once component setup is complete incorporating software preparation, online testing and diagnosis, the technical hardware is ready for rollout (in conjunction with the deployment plan) with Bytecraft's Hardware Quality Guarantee.
