Technical Services - Logistics Management

Logistics Management

Bytecraft's Logistics Management Team, in conjunction with our key global freight partners, utilises the state of the art, in-house BTrack™ System that is capable of managing and tracking millions of bar-coded part transactions and movements per annum.

Organised parts warehousing in a secure facility with regular scanning and testing by Bytecraft technicians as well as direct contact with technicians ensures SLA's are met and customer satisfaction is guaranteed.

In addition to managing its own parts pool (for client field service actions), the Bytecraft Logistics Management Team warehouses and distributes more than $5 million worth of parts for our key clients in the gaming, wagering, retail and banking sectors to assist them with new site or project rollouts quickly and efficiently.

Logistics Centre Locations

With Bytecraft Logistics Centre's located in every state of Australia, and utilising its network of more than 85 satellite part stocking locations, Bytecraft delivers on-time, quality in-field service to its clients within even the tightest of Service Level timeframes.

What's more, Bytecraft's tiered MSL (or Minimum Stock Level) management process, which is automatically triggered and managed through the BTrack™application, allows Bytecraft's Logistics Management Team to ensure they always have the right number of the right type of parts in the right locations at all times.

Safe and Secure Housing

Each and every Bytecraft premise offers safe and secure housing for client equipment, utilising swipe-card technology to limit access to specific areas of each building to only those employees who require access.

This allows us to track the entry and exit of any employee, contractor or temporary employee to any area of a Bytecraft building at any time, managed in a central National location.

Peace Of Mind

All Bytecraft premises are fully climate controlled, giving our Clients peace of mind that their hardware is safe from the potentially dangerous elements of the Australian climate.
