Bytecraft's extensive workshop facilities repair more than 3000 parts per week incorporating Module and Board Level repairs that include BGA circuit replacements, repairs to Flat panel displays, laptop and planar board repairs, refurbishment of power supply units, the re-keying and reprogramming of sensitive money related devices and the use of X-Ray technology allows for even greater fault finding ability. Further, we offer full online pre staging, configuration and testing services.

Tracking and Reporting

Bytecraft's BSuite™ application suite allows for the tracking and reporting of any back end repair performed, allowing Bytecraft to report upon actual repair actions linked to specific field service calls and for Bytecraft to provide its clients with in-depth reports on potential epidemic or high-volume failures.

Bytecraft's Technical Specialists review this information and develop a recommendation report for the rectification of potential issues, allowing Bytecraft to work closely with its clients to achieve maximum possible up-time.
