Bytecraft's back end workshops repair more than 2,500 parts per week incorporating Board Level, Chip Set Repairs, LCD panel repairs and adjustments, recoiling of power supply units, the re-keying of crypto type devices and full online staging, configuration and testing services.

With multiple workshop locations around Australia, Bytecraft is able to accommodate same day repairs and shipping to all POP throughout Australia, New Zealand and Asia.

Tracking and Reporting

Bytecraft's BSuite™ application suite allows for the tracking and reporting of any back end repair performed, allowing Bytecraft to report upon actual repair actions linked to specific field service calls and for Bytecraft to provide its clients with in-depth reports on potential epidemic or high-volume failures.

Bytecraft's Technical Specialists review this information and develop a recommendation report for the rectification of potential issues, allowing Bytecraft to work closely with its clients to achieve maximum possible up-time.
